My beautiful dance partner. Markeyah, I swear you were my best friend during my days at Tennessee State. I was always so happy to see in Dance class, cause we were forever partnering up. I really haven't accepted the fact that you're gone. I love you so much Markeyah. You will forever hold a special place in my heart. Rest In Peace Beautiful.

You were one of the first people I met at TSU. You were a sister, a friend, and a confidant. You protected me and always made sure I was okay. Some people I hold dear to my heart I met through you. Thank you for being the light I needed and teaching me that life is a gift no matter what cards you’ve been dealt. I will miss you and it’s hard to believe you’re gone. Your St. Luke family loves and misses you! Thank you for allowing me in your life. I’ll never forget you and I love you always. I know I’ll see you again! I will make you proud! Your Robyn loves you. I’m happy you’re at peace Keyah! ❤️

My Friend, My Sister. We always laugh together, it was never a dull moment while we was at work. Our bond was starting to get stronger which hurts me that you are gone. This hit me really hard because we was starting to get close and someone I start calling my sister is gone.

Words cannot express what Markeyah meant to me . I took Markeyah under my wing as my daughter the day I met her when she was a patient at Centennial hospital . We bonded and clicked instantly. We were very close I knew things that most people didn't know that's how strong she confided in me I was there for her every step of the way . Even though my heart is very heavy and unbearable at times . I will always remember my baby as a beautiful intelligent funny and caring young lady . Not only did markeyah touch everyone she now has gained me a reminder of her markeyah bought me together with her sister Keirea who I took under my wing instantly just like the day I met markeyah thank you angel you will always and forever be my daughter even though you are not here with me physically I feel u spiritually because I keep smiling when Keirea calls or text or see me thanks maryekeah I know it was all you i love you so much fly high baby! Love your mom
