Mrs. Coogan is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Coogan; brother Joseph Keogh.
Survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Coogan Leonard; sons, James C. Coogan, Daniel Coogan (Lisa Yawn); sisters, Ellen Keogh Meinhold, Florence Keogh Spicer; grandchildren, Amber E. Bell, John C. Leonard IV; great grandchild, Mary Bell and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home with a reception to follow. Visitation with the family will be held from 12-2 p.m. prior to the visitation.
