SWANER, Mattie “Marie”, age 82, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Swaner and sons, Wesley and Bruce Swaner. Marie is survived by her children, Mickie (Ronnie) Walker and Ben (Jill) Swaner; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 2 brothers. A visitation will be held from three until eight o’clock in the evening on Monday, the 5th of August, 2013 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 6th of August in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation held two hours prior to the service. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association.
