He was a parishioner of St. Edward Church for years, and a graduate of St. Edward School and Father Ryan High school in 1976. He attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Michael worked most recently at Mid-Tenn Ford Truck Sales.
Michael spent many years working in alcohol and drug recovery fields as director of business development at New Life Lodge. Michael’s fist love’s were God and family. He delighted in his many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed daily gatherings and trips to the beach.
He was preceded in death by his father John Patrick Mulloy Jr., sister Kathleen Ann Mulloy, and niece Mary Katherine Duff Pierce. Survived by mother Freda Ann Mulloy, brothers, John Pat Mulloy II, Timothy Phillip Mulloy and Paul Joseph Mulloy; sisters, Gerry Mulloy King, Mary Polly Golden, and Nora Mulloy Boyte. 17 nieces and nephews; 4 great nieces and nephews; 3 brothers in law and 3 sisters in law.
Visitation will be held Sunday evening the 27th of October from 3:00pm till 6:00pm with the rosary commencing at 6:00pm at St. Edward Catholic Church. Mass will be conducted at St. Edward Catholic Church on Monday the 28th of October at 10:00am with The Most Reverend Bishop David Chonju, celebrant and Rev. Joseph Patrick Breen co-celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary cemetery.
Pallbearer will be Joey Mulloy, Frankie Oliveri, John Fite, Dylan Mulloy Golden, Logan Timothy Mulloy, Trey Moon, Justin Cunningham, and John Blount.
