Preceded in death by husband, William B. James; son, William James; and daughter, Rosemary Owens. Survived by children, Vickie C. James, Mark Anthony James and Rita F. James; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at eleven –thirty in the morning on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation one hour prior.
