

Miller “Ross” Hudson of Joelton, Tennessee, Born on August 29, 1945 to Ernest Allen and Katheryn Iona (Miller) Hudson in Nashville, Tennessee. Ross having been an outdoors type was working in his garage and unloading his truck when he fell and injured himself, upon arrival at the hospital he was found to have an infection that would not relent and Ross being Ross fought for 24 days, and passed away on October 29, 2022 surrounded by family and friends.
Ross was a United States Navy Seabee and served in Vietnam. Once he returned from service, he served as business manager for the local union from 1975 to 1981. In 1981 he was appointed to the International Union (District 12) where he served until retirement in 2003. Ross maintained his membership in the Local IBEW 429 for 50 years. Ross was an active member of the Al Menah Temple of the Shrine in Nashville. Ross enjoyed mowing grass, drinking beer, laughing and smiling with family and friends.
Ross is survived by his wife Sandra Hudson of 37 years; children, Mark Hudson, Jeffery (Tammy) Hudson, and Mike Hudson; stepson, Carroll Moore II, and James Moore; grandchildren, Johnathan Hudson, Noah Hudson, Tanner Hudson, Tristan Hudson, Carroll Moore III, and James Lee Moore; brother, Scott (Shirley) Hudson.
Ross is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Allen Hudson, and Lawrence Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4th at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 3:00pm.
