Passed away on November 23, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Smith, Jr.; and her son, Ronald Smith. She is survived by her son, Timothy (Sharon) Smith; her grandchildren, Adam Smith, Heather Wells, and Carey Smith; her sisters, Rebecca Sample and Ruth Mooneyhan; her brothers, Fred (Betty) Fisher, William (Dorothy) Fisher, and James Fisher; her daughter-in-law, Betty Ann Smith; and her great-granddaughter, Brooke Wells. Family and friends will gather for visitation at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Saturday, November 28, 2015 from two o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening, and again on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from eleven o'clock in the morning until service time at one o'clock.
