

Born on January 6, 1971, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Nardos was the beloved daughter of the late Haileleul Getahun and Genet Yirgu. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, compassion, and devotion to God and her family.
Nardos pursued her education with dedication, earning a Bachelor's degree in communication from TSU. Over the years, she developed extensive experience in management and financial analysis, most recently serving as a Revenue Specialist at My Psychiatrist in Oakland Park, Florida.
Known for her generous spirit, Nardos had a heart of gold. Her kindness and altruism touched the lives of everyone she encountered, and her unwavering faith in God served as a guiding light to all who knew her. Nardos cherished her role as a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She found great joy in spending time with her beloved dog, Prince, and often sought solace in peaceful visits to the beach. A devoted member of her church community, Nardos was deeply committed to her faith and shared that love with everyone around her.
She is survived by her bonus mother, Aster Teklemariam; her brother, Sebuh Haileleul; her sisters, Eyeluta Haileleul and Hossana Haileleul; her nieces, Adonai Yared, Arela Yared, Delawit Sebuh, Nebiyat Sebuh; and her nephew, Abel Sebuh.
Nardos was preceded in death by her parents, Haileleul Getahun and Genet Yirgu.

The funeral service will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37207. Following the service, a Celebration of Life luncheon will be held at Debre Keranio Medhanialem Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.
Nardos' presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the love and joy she brought into the lives of her family, friends, and community.
