She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Jesse (Buddy) Ragan; parents, James T. and Willie Mae Lindsley; brothers, James, Paul, Charles and Fred Lindsley; sisters, Sue Justice and Liz Sellick, three nephews and one niece. Survived by sons, Jeff Ragan, Tim (Hillary) Ragan, and daughter, Missy (Paul) Huffman; sister in law Ann Lindsley, 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Norma graduated from Bellevue High School and went to work at National Life as a secretary. She later became a full time homemaker and stay at home mother for her three children, while being very involved in many school and community groups and organizations. Later, she returned to work and joined the Midstate Cardiology Group as a data entry clerk. Norma was a long time member of Madison Church of Christ and Bellevue Church of Christ.
Private family graveside service will be conducted at Woodlawn. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
