February 21, 1942 – October 14, 2019
Paula Sanders was born on February 21, 1942, a daughter to the late Edna Mae Johnson and Ernest Johnson. She was a graduate of East High School in Nashville, TN. She died in Franklin, TN at the age of 77.
She is survived and loved by her children, Denis (Kandace) Holland and Rebecca (Tony) Blankenship, and grandchildren Jennifer, and Suzannah McCray, nephew Mike (Cheri) Weeks, and niece Michele Fuentes. She is preceded in death by her sister Peggy (Richard) Weeks.
She was long time Real Estate Agent before retirement and is remembered for her unconditional love, and ability to always listen without judgment. She loved spending time with her family, eating out, and watching her favorite TV shows. She was a childhood member of Eleventh Street Church of Christ, then Fourth Avenue Church of Christ before her struggle with kidney failure.
A Gathering of family and friends, will be held on Wednesday, October 16 from four until seven in the evening and Thursday, Oct. 17 from ten o'clock in the morning until eleven thirty in the morning. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday October 17 at eleven thirty in the morning in Dignity Hall at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Eleventh Street Church of Christ in Nashville, TN.
