Phil D. Flemming (Age 80) passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at his home in Franklin,TN. He is survived by his wife Nancy, and their four children; Stephen Flemming; Robin S. Meyers, husband Robert; Nancy Robertshaw, husband Frank; and Phil Flemming. He was Papa to his dearly grandchildren, Lily, Abby, James, and Nancy. Also surviving, is longtime family friend Betty Carpentier.
Phil grew up in the small northern town of Marion Michigan. At the young age of 17, he along with business partner, James E. Fell, founded Flint Road Builders and later Fell & Flemming Farms where Arabian Horses and Angus Cattle were successfully raised.
In the mid-1980s, Phil began a successful real estate development company (FRB) where he developed several properties in the Davison area. In addition to enjoying his family, Phil was an avid skeet shooter at Williams Gun Sight and later at the Nashville Gun Club.
