Phillip Wayne Rader, age 80 of Hermitage, TN passed away February 9, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Janice H. Rader; children, Christie Gray (Rex) of Sharpsburg, GA, Patsy Brinson (Eddie) of Rocky Point, NC, Julie Shultz (Kelly) of Wilmington, NC and Vickie Carter of Myrtle Beach, SC; step-children, Mary Ann Smith (Kenneth) of Murfressboro, TN, Melissa Leaver (Larry) of Madison, TN, Wayne Cuddy of IL, Kim Altomonte (Frankie) of NY and Becky Ensgstrom of FL; sister, Julie (Ron) Gleason of Okeechobee, Fl;15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 16, 2018 at National Cemetery, 1420 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115. Following the service, the family will gather and receive friends beginning at 4:00 pm at family member's home, located at 1105 Mantle Way, Murfreesboro, TN 37219.
