She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Bryan Hall Jones.
Phyllis is survived by her brothers, Robert Dean (Tammy) Stopinski and Steven Craig (Dawn) Stopinski; her nephews, John (Jessica) Jones, Jason (Ashley) Stopinski, Jared Stopinski and her niece, Dana Stopinski.
Phyllis was an accomplished artist and dedicated decades of service as a librarian at the Thompson Lane and Inglewood Branch Libraries.
In accordance with Phyllis's wishes, no services will be held.
