Randolph C. Veazey, age 91, departed this life on February 22, 2020. He was born on September 2, 1928 in Birmingham, AL to the late Ruben C. and Myrtis Scarborough Veazey. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Jimmie Lou Lyle Veazey; son, Randolph A. Veazey; granddaughter, Kristin Michelle Hinsley; and sister, Margaret Ann Veazey Cass.
Randolph is survived by daughter, Karol A. Hinsley (Larry); grandchildren, Leighanne Nicole Rushing (John), Randall Hinsley (Brittany); and Angela Gale (Cory); 6 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Teresa Veazey; and other relatives and friends.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch Patton with Funeral Service to follow at 2:30 p.m. in Dignity Hall. Private Entombment to follow.
