Regis Robert Carney II

Regis R. Carney, age 64, passed away June 5, 2014 in Nashville, TN. Regis was born to the late Regis & Elizebeth Carney in New Kensington, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Susan Carney and Shelia Carney.

Regis worked in the plastic injection field in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee for 44 years.

A devoted husband and father, Regis is survived by his wife, Linda; children, David Carney (Brandy), James Carney (Gidget), Stacie Carney (Tommy Rogers) and Regis Carney III; two brothers, Ronald and Patrick Carney; two sisters, Diane Giovannelli and Mary Ann Hovde; four grandchildren and Butterbean (Braxton).

Remembered by his loving family and friends for his outstanding qualities of patience, wisdom and calm strength which made him an unbelievable wonderful friend, husband, father and grandfather.

Memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home, 429 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN. Visitation with the family will be 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral Home.
