He was preceded in death by his father, Ben Dixon; grandparents, Oplis & Velma Dixon; sisters, Vicki Dixon Miller, Cathy Dixon, Pamela Dixon Denny; nephew Christopher Denny; father in law, Mickey Davis.
Ricky is survived by his son, Brady Dixon. He is also survived by his brother, Ben (Stacy) Dixon; sister, Patti Dixon (Andy) Whittaker; nieces, Annette Whittaker, Nicole Miller; nephews, Logan Dixon, Phoenix Dixon, Reed Davis, Ryan Davis, Jack Davis, Joshua Davis, Jacob Davis.
Ricky proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS Concord as a Boatswain’s Mate Seaman. Following his military service, he worked as a construction Contractor for numerous years.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Hospice Team at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center in Ricky’s memory.
