

Kent graduated from Southern Hills High School in South Charleston, Ohio. He continued his education at Ohio University, where he earned his undergraduate degree, and later attended the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, preparing for a career that would become his life's calling.
For more than six decades, Kent faithfully served families and communities through the funeral profession. He spent his entire working life helping others during their most difficult times with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.
Kent was deeply involved in his community and professional organizations. He was a member of Rotary International, served as a past president of the Lions Club, and was an active member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association. Through his civic and professional involvement, he built lasting relationships and made a meaningful impact on countless lives.
Above all, Kent cherished his family. He shared a loving marriage of 60 years with his wife, Pat Wildman, and treasured the time spent with those he loved.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Christine Wildman; his son, Matthew Wildman; and his brothers, William Wildman and Jon Wildman.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Pat Wildman; his daughter, Suzanne Wildman; his granddaughter, Kailee Wildman; and his great-grandchildren, Arabella and Nyla.
Kent will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to service, his caring heart, his professional excellence, and the countless families he guided with compassion throughout his distinguished career.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 535 Sneed Road West, Franklin, Tennessee 37069. A memorial service will follow at the church.
