BROWN, Rose L., age 73, peacefully went home to be with her Lord on December 24, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Maxie Brown. Rose is survived by her daughter, Tujuanna (Charlie) Williams; granddaughters, Chloe and Charity Williams; sister, Johnnie M. Brown and devoted friend Robert S. Hardin. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 29th of December at First Baptist Church Capitol Hill, 625 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., with Rev. Kelly M. Smith, Jr. officiating and Dr. Arrold Martin assisting. Visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to First Baptist Church Capitol Hill Jubilee Drive fund.
