HOLMES, Ruby Ruth- Age 92, passed away September 23, 2010. Mrs. Holmes is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Lee Holmes and son, Gerald Lee Holmes. She is survived by her sons, Wavil Joe Holmes of Nashville, TN, Wayne Pryor Holmes (Judy) of Milan, TN, David Larry Homes (Leona) of Smyrna, TN ; daughter-in-;aw, Ann Holmes Hyatt; 9 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Holmes was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010 with Wayne P. Holmes officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3-7 p.m. at WOODLAWN (615)383-4754.
