He was a graduate of Father Ryan High School and Cumberland University.
He was a loving son, husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his children, especially at Halloween, his favorite holiday. He loved to dress up in Halloween attire and scare the children in the neighborhood.
He loved animals, especially his dogs Raven and Shadow and cat Oakley.
He will be remembered for his jokes and always making his children laugh.
He is survived by his mother, Michael Sayers Stegall, Father, Dale Stegall, Spouse, Gina Stegall and his children, Lindsey Stegall and Tyler Stegall.
