Shirley was my best friend for a long period of my life as well as my sister in law. Time and distance kept us apart but she was always my friend. This world will be a little less tolerable without her. But heaven has gained a perfect Angel. Rest high my friend, I love you.

My favorite memory of my Aunt Shirley was when I was 13 and my mom gave me this horrible perm . I came home looking like Bozo the clown . Having red hair it really was Bozo ! The moment Aunt Shirley seen me I could see it in her eyes , she tried her best not to laugh as I cried! She said honey we will cut this out a bit at a time . So she did. For months I rocked that mullet look ( boys hair cut ) until she finally cut it all out . She was my hero! She knew I was being laughed at and would be teased at school . Ohhh I loved her so much ! She is and always will be a kind loving soul that heaven has gained . She truley will be missed . Love you Aunt Shirley.
