Stanley Hubert Davis, 76, passed away on August 27, 2021, in Nashville, TN. He was the son of the late Verner Lee Davis and Grace Binkley Davis and preceded in death by his grandparents, James Newton, and Catherine Doris Binkley. Also preceded in death by brothers: J.B. and Talton Davis and sister, Eloise Cripps. He graduated from Cheatham County Central High School and attended MTSU. He had a 40 yr. career with the Arby’s Corporation in Nashville, TN. He is survived by sister, Billie Jean Martin and brothers, Bartley (Linda) Davis, George (Carolyn) Davis, sister-in-law, Faye Davis and many nieces and nephews. Also survived by Rhonda Porter and family, Faye Coffman, Bobby, and Buddy Baker, extended Arby’s family, and neighbor and friend of 35 years, Will Lewis.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Thursday, September 9, 11 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to service with Reverend John Collett, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 8, 4-8 p.m. Address: 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN.
