He was preceded in death by parents Richard Fitzgerald and Catherine Jackson Fitzgerald; sisters Josephine Connolly and Marie Doyle; brothers Richard (Buddy) Fitzgerald and Andrew Fitzgerald.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 15th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of The Incarnation on Wednesday, April 16th at 10:00 a.m., Rev. Jayd Neely celebrant. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
