Tracy Norman Jones

Tracy Norman Jones, 60, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on September 5, 2022. Tracy was born on June 22, 1962, in Fayetteville, Tennessee. He graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1980 and went on to serve in the US Navy aboard the USS Carl Vinson, from 1980-1984. After leaving the service he moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he started a family, and worked for Dennis Paper Company for 30+ years.

Tracy is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Dorothy Faye Jones, grandparents Charlie and Sallie Bell Jones, and Marvin and Aileen Coble, and the mothers of his children Sherri L. Jones and Jeannie L. Sartain.

Tracy is survived by his children, Amanda N. Jones, Nicholas E. (James) Jones-Sayre, Brandon N. Jones, and Brittany F. Jones, grandson Mason Jones-Ricci, sisters Sabrina (Tony) Patterson, Gina (Blaze) Wattenbarger, brother Kelby (Jill) Jones, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Tracy will be deeply missed by those who knew him.Celebration of life will be held Sunday October 30, 2022 at Prosperity Associate Reform Presbyterian Church. 19 Prosperity Church Road, Taft, Tennessee 38488. Services at 3:00 pm, burial to follow. Join family and friends afterward at the church for a meal and memorial.
