Violet went home to be with the Lord on November 26, 2015. Preceded in passing by her husband, Russell Eugene Jacobson; and her parents, Thurman and Tommye Beasley. Survived by her brother, Gerald Beasley (Phyllis); her son, Keith Russell Jacobson (Patricia); her daughter, Jill Kathleen Hammon (Jim); her grandchildren, Angie Coffey (Eric), Caitlin Moore (John), and Amelia Hammon; her great-grandchildren, Caleb Coffey, Camden Coffey, and Christian Coffey; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather for visitation at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from nine o’clock in the morning until service time at one o’clock in the afternoon. Interment in Woodlawn Memorial Park to follow. If desired, donations may be made to Glenwood Baptist Church.
