Virginia Frances Perry Ranstad age 73, of Nashville, TN went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN . Private funeral services will be held at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home, Interment will be at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.

Virginia was born March 1, 1943 in Perry Ridge, Dunlow West Virginia to the late Clarence Perry and Hattie Sutherland Perry Maynard. She retired from Black & Decker in Nashville, TN. Virginia loved her family and was a big animal lover especially for her two dogs, Tank and Rex she also enjoyed working in her flower gardens.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Larry G Ranstad, parents, stepfather (whom she loved like a Dad) Archie Maynard; sister, Joyce Faye Perry; two stepsisters Henrietta Burke and Erie Milam.

Survived by daughter, Sandy (Ray) Chaney of Huntington, WV; Allen (Dena) Juergemeier of Murfreesboro, TN ; two grandchildren, Keith (Jessica) Juergemeier, Valley Juergemeier; one great grandchild, Lily Juergemeier all of Murfreesboro, TN; three sisters, Doris (Lafe) Copley of Rittman, Ohio, Karen Maynard of Cleveland, Ohio, Cheryl Maynard of Prichard, WV; stepsister, Sharrie Pack of Wayne, WV; two brothers, Alpha Gene Perry of Seville, Ohio and Ray (Mary) Perry of Rittman, Ohio and a host of nieces and nephews. She was loved by all who knew her and will greatly be missed
