

Wendell Van Cooper Sr., age 80, of Eagleville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. Wendell was born February 28, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee, the only son, to the late Otho Washington (O.W.) Cooper, Jr. and Helen Madgeline Burris Cooper.
He is survived by his son, Van (Traci) Cooper, Jr. Daughters, Annette (Matt) Robeck, Tabitha (Vincent) Rodriguez, and Michelle Cooper; by his 18 Grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Wendell attended Antioch High School graduating in 1960. He obtained his real estate license and sold homes with his father. He was later employed with the Nashville Auto Auction. Wendell was at one time a member of Antioch Church of Christ and later, Tusculumn Church of Christ.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from eleven o'clock in the morning until one o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
A Celebration of LIfe Service will be held at one o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, May 14, 2022 in Lindsley Hall of Mount Olivet Funeral Home with Inurnment to follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
