He was born in Glasgow, KY, the son of the late Price and Addie Francis. He ministered at several churches. Rev. Francis was a great husband and father, and cared a lot for his family.
He is preceded in death by several brothers.
He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Martha Francis; sons, Mark and David Francis, and sister, Brenda (Jim) Hunt.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm with the Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oak Grove United Methodist Church or to Lebanon Road Church of Christ.
