Brown, William “Otley” Jr., age 57 passed away September 6, 2011. Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his mother Vivian Askew Brown. Survived by his father and his wife, William O. and Margaret M. Brown; brother, Roy (Pamela) Brown; aunt, Ruth Goldsby Brown; step sister, Margaret Ann (Robert) Fergus; nieces, Caitlan Tiffin, Margaret Hannah Fergus; great neice, Margaret Haley Brown; nephew, Nathan Tiffin; cousins, Judge John P. (Anne) Brown, Philip J. Brown, Thomas A. Brown, Robert M. (Susan) Brown, Aaron B. (Gayle) Brown III,Dale J. (Katherine) Brown, Mark M. (Ellissa) Brown, Lawrence M. (Anne) Brown, Stephen A. (Debbie) Brown. Mr. Brown was a graduate of McGavock High School and was a 25 year employee of the United States Postal Service. Funeral services will be held one o’clock in the afternoon of September 8, 2011 in Dignity Hall at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home conducted by Rev. John P. Williams. The cousins of Mr. Brown will serve as pallbearers. The Brown family will receive friends form ten o’clock a.m. until one o’clock p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
