He retired from Sverdrup Civil, Inc. after many years of service, then continued to work at Consoer Townsend Envirodyne Engineers. Inc. until 1996. He was a member of Woodson Chapel church of Christ, a long-time member of the Porsche Club of American, and the Brentwood Camera Club. He was preceded in death by his parents. William Leland and Alberta Marshall Kimbro. He is survived by his wife, Reba Byrd Kimbro; son and daughter-in-law, William Leland “Bill” and Janet Kimbro, Greensburg, PA; grandson, Christopher Ryan Kimbro, Greensburg PA.
Visitation Friday April 26th for two until four o’clock in the afternoon at Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home. Second visitation Saturday April 27th from noon until one o’clock in the afternoon. Funeral will begin at one o’clock in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Burial following Woodlawn Memorial Park.
