William Elbert Mangrum, age 81, passed away on December 24, 2017 in Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann; survived by son, Joel Mangrum of Newnan, GA; granddaughters, Brandy Underwood of Nashville, TN, Meggan (Robbie) Wallace of Cartersville, GA and Phyllis (Chris) Davis of San Antonio, TX; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
