Throughout his working life, Bill was known as a Maintenance supervisor and as a great car mechanic—steady in his responsibilities, careful in his workmanship, and dependable in the ways that matter most.
Away from work, Bill found enjoyment in simple, familiar pleasures. He was a fisherman and deer Hunter, and he also loved to play cards—pastimes that brought both recreation and connection, and reflected an appreciation for time well spent. Bill was a member of the Mount Juliet Senior Center.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Jonna McGill and Kristi Stockdale; his sister, Betty Lewis; his granddaughter, Jessica McGill; his grandson, Ryan McGill; and his great grandson, Jayden Monroe. Bill also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
