Willie Mai Covington age 85, passed away on November 24, 2014 in Bon Aqua, TN. Preceded in death by her loving husband, John Rogan Covington Jr. in 2011; brother, John Hargis and grandson, Jonathan Cunningham; survived by children, Larry David Covington of Bon Aqua, Ronald Eugene Covington of Nashville, Beverly Jo Cunningham of Bon Aqua and John Mark (Sandy) Covington of Dickson; seven grandchildren, Ronnie, Heather, Catrina, Cynthia, Craig, Mallory and Zachary; eleven great-grandchildren. Willie Mai was a wonderful “homemaker” for her family; a member of McFerrin Missionary Baptist Church of Nashville; a member of the Volunteer CB Radio Club and she was very active with fellow “Facebook” friends. Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, November 28, 2014 at eleven thirty in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Pastor Johnny Carver officiating. Gathering of family and friends with be on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from five o’clock until eight o’clock, and three hours prior to the service at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
