Devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, gentleman farmer, WWII vet, concentration camp survivor, member of The Greatest Generation. Happiest around his family, preferably with a project to work on or working on his farm in his younger days, was always there to lend a helping hand to family or friend. Was known simply as "Opa", Dutch for grandpa, to all his family, or "Dutch" to his friends. An emigrant, he arrived with little more than their clothes and their children, he worked tirelessly to build a better life for his family in his adopted country. Proud to be a naturalized citizen and remaining very proud of his Polish heritage, he was a family man, a gentleman, and Christian, we celebrate that he is now reunited with his Savior and his bride, the love of his life, Oma. He is loved and missed by his family which include his Daughters Gabriella (John) Deason, Janina (Gary) Woods, Grandchildren Wendy (Wyatt) Rampy, John Michael (Julia) Deason, Jessica (Steffen) Chase, Great-grandchildren Ellis, Anna Grace, Lauren, Emma Rampy, Griffin and Amelia Chase.
