Bessie del Toro, born Bessie Sidhu, on July 18, 1920 passed away peacefully on May 5, 2014. She was the beloved mother of Mary, Eddie, Bobby and Billy. Grandmother of Sam, Richard, Marcy, Natalie, Nicole, Noel, Mary Louise, Gabriel and Cherise. In addition to raising four children, Bessie worked at the Padre Hidalgo Center, Adult protective services and at Sherman Elementary school as a teachers aide. Her first job was as an aircraft worker for Convair aircraft during WWII. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held through El Camino memorial on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 1:30 pm at graveside of La Vista memorial park 3191 orange st. National city, ca. 91950
