The son of Chebarnico Arreola and Ruth B. Arreola, was born on December 27, 1972, in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Chrubert was a dedicated and hardworking individual. He immigrated to the United States and made National City his home, where he served as a USPS Mail Carrier for over two decades.
Chrubert is survived by his loving wife, Mhanila Natino-Arreola, and their four children: Leinan Lauren N. Arreola (20 y/o), Cirille Love N. Arreola (15 y/o), Bernice Hanani N. Arreola (11 y/o) and Chancelor AL N. Arreola (2 y/o). He also leaves behind his dog, Gerald. He is the eldest of 4, to Deborah Lyn Arreola-Cacas, Carmenica Arreola-Corpuz, and Louis Dane Arreola.
Chrubert had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed staying active through hiking. He was a devoted and active member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo|Church of Christ and served faithfully as the President of the Buklod (married couples) Organization.
