Michael was adventurous, beloved, brave, cherished, compassionate, generous, humorous, kind-hearted, patient, resilient, wise, charismatic, and protective—someone who could meet life head-on and still find a reason to laugh along the way. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Devoted to his children, Michael showed up with steady love, a protective spirit, and the kind of patient, generous care that made people feel safe and seen. His brave heart and resilient nature carried him through life’s turns, and his wise presence often came with perfectly timed humor—proof that compassion and laughter can live side by side.
As those closest to him will always remember: “He always kept it Player.”
He is survived by, his Mother Ophelia Walker, his children Meshellé Ophelia Walker-Hille, Michael Angelo Walker Jr, Shatwan, and Francisco. His siblings Cynthia Vann-Floyd, Raymond Vann, Phyllis Vann, Clint Walker, Darlene Langford, Angela Walker, James Savage, Wesley Van Davis, Alma Brown. Michael was predeceased by his oldest brother Najee Vann.
