OBITUARY

Silvia Guerrero Lopez

December 3, 1952August 30, 2019

Thank you for joining us Family and Friends. Today we come together to celebrate the life of Silvia Guerrero Lopez.

Silvia Guerrero, 66, was born on December 3rd, 1952 in Aguas Calientes, Mexico, to her parents, Arcadio and Maria Guerrero Lopez. Silvia was the youngest of nine children. (Ramiro, Guadualupe, Eva, Etelvina, Teresa, Ana, Elvira, and Antonia)

Silvia was a giver, not only of herself but a giver of peace. She had a kind, patient, joyful spirit. She taught us many things, like how to appreciate life, live life peacefully, and how to laugh out loud. Silvia was a one-of-kind person, who offered an open ear, an open heart, and a shoulder to cry on, free of judgement. She was a faithful woman and loved the lord, she believed in the power of prayer.

Silvia was a very creative person ever since a young age. Some of her interests, were cooking, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. Her favorite hobby, was crocheting. In our family, we could be assured, that if anyone was expecting a baby, they would be gifted a beautiful crocheted blanket!

Although Silvia was a widow, she never gave up on her family. She was a strong, independent mother, who worked and raised five children on her own. Silvia was a loving mother to Cesar, Mariano, German, Isaac, and Lucia Perez. (“mi niña”)

Silvia leaves behind five sisters, five children, nieces and nephews, ten grand-children, and five great-grandchildren. Sunrise: 12.03.1952 Sunset: 08.30.2019

My beautiful Aunt I will forever remember both of us being pregnant at time same time. You with Lucy and me with Omar. It was with joy that we both shared something so amazing like motherhood! I’m lucky and thankful for the advice you gave me on what to expect when baby came. You gave me peace and calmed my nerves and many warm hugs of reassurance 💕🌸 Tia Chivita you will forever be in my heart, in my memories until we meet again I love you! 🙏🏼🦋
