A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel National City, located at 607 National City Boulevard, National City, CA 91950, on November 21, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. A vigil service will also take place at the same venue on November 21, 2025, starting at 6:00 pm.
The funeral service will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 426 E 7th St, National City, CA 91950, on November 22, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. This will be followed by a committal service at the External Service Location, 3838 Bonita Rd, Bonita, CA 91902, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Family and friends are invited to a reception immediately following the services at the Buffet House, 651 Palomar St, Chula Vista, CA 91911, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Victoria will be remembered for her warmth and kindness. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
