She will be sadly missed by her son John; daughter in law Dawn; daughter Laurie Barker; son in law Terry; granddaughter Dana and her fiancé Daniel Crofts.
She is survived by her sister Iris Benger; sister in law Diane Keep; stepsisters Judy, Linda, Margaret and Erna as well as many nieces and nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband George; partner of 15 years Ron Jones; brothers Ted And Dennis and sisters Pat, Vera-Lynn and Jean.
In her earlier years mom worked part time at Canada Post as a clerk on nights while dad worked days as a letter carrier.
Special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Victoria Hospital for taking good care of mom and making her last days comfortable ones.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no service as per mom's wishes.
