Brian Stanley George Dawson

Brian Stanley George Dawson passed peacefully on Monday Oct 10, 2022 at the age of 69 at Riverview Health Centre.

He was predeceased by his mother Angela and his father George Dawson of Winnipeg. Brian is lovingly remembered by his brothers Don (Irene) George (Annette) and sisters Judy (Chris)- (Wpg,) Linda (Steve) & nieces and nephews Jamie (Trina) Michelle (Marcus)Jennifer(Curtis) Matthew (Roxanne) Nicholas (Sarah) Warren, Marcus all of Alberta, he leaves great nieces and nephews Jamal, Italia Dominic, Tristan, also leaves Aunts and Uncles and numerous cousins and friends.

Brian was born in Ottawa on Sept 10, 1953. In his younger years he played and loved numerous sports which included his love of Hockey and Football. He was scouted in saskatchewan to play professional hockey. Brian, enjoyed his circle of friends and was adored by them due to his humor, his quiet tone and patience and kindness towards others. He always had a kind word for everyone, Brian enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his friends.

Brian started working at early age in Edmonton which eventually lead him in his career as a Tre-panner operator in the Oil/Steel Patch industry in Alberta, where he retired. Eventually moved to Winnipeg in 2002 and settled here for the remainder of his years.

Brian has been cremated , and a celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
