Josephine Delia

Josephine is survived by her daughters, Joyce Nault (spouse Ron), Marcella Petersen (spouse Tom), and her grandchildren Courtney, Amanda, Brendin and Lyrissa. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, her eldest daughter Miriam, her mother and father Luigi and Maria, her brothers and sister, Nenu, Salvu, Freddie, Alexandra, Grace and Victoria.

Josephine was born in the lovely Mediterranean island of Malta. Bravely, with little knowledge of the English language and Canadian culture, she left family and friends to immigrate to Canada in 1967, to pursue a new life with her husband and daughters. She was a hard working person, who lived by the values she believed in. She conveyed her values and good work ethics onto her children and grandchildren, who are forever indebted for these gifts.

Mom, we miss you and we love you. Rest in peace.

The family would like to thank the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital and all the staff at Middlechurch Nursing Home, for their kindness and compassion.

A private family interment will take place.
