Lise Gilberte Marie McDougall

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Lise McDougall on July 18, 2023 after a lengthy illness.

Left to cherish Lise’s memory is her beloved husband of 50 years, Bernard “Ben”, sons Ben (Theresa) and Peter (Lindsey), grandchildren Alex, Brock, Robert, Jesse, Abby, and friends and Brother And sisters, Marc, Annette, Rita, Diane, Gabrielle, Nicole, Donald and Renée and their spouses.

She is predeceased by her parents Lionel and Therese Berard, and brothers Leo, Dennis, and Gerry.

Lise spent 22 years taking care of others while working homecare. Helping others was something that she truly enjoyed doing. Once Lise was done with homecare, she went and spent 15 years working at the pharmacy in Lorette. She was always smiling and having fun with customers and her co workers. Everyone loved being around her. During all of this, Lise volunteered at Dejavu (thrifty treasures) for approximately 35 years. She was always on the go with something.

We would like to thank the staff of Ste. Anne Hospital and Home Care (Cassie, Crystal, and Anita) for their kind, compassionate care of Lise throughout her illness.

A Celebration of Lise's life will take place at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 17 at the Dawson Trail Motor Inn, 113 Lagimodière Avenue, Lorette.
