Mr. Jimmy Summers...
I will always remember you! I loved seeing you every day at school growing up, with your cup of coffee and a giant smile. And always ready with a big hug!! We could always hear you coming down the hall with your keys jingling on your hip! I feel bad for those who will never know what the sound of your keys jingling meant! A big smile and hug coming your way about to change your day!

When I told you I was joining the Air Force almost 13 years ago you said I was too pretty and kind... but if I really must join to not let the military change me from who I really am, and to NEVER LOSE my smile! And you're very proud of who I was going to become and you were sure I would do great things in the Air Force you just knew it! (Thank you for believing in me!)
You shook my hand so strongly and gave me the tightest hug! You told me to always be the strongest but be the kindest heart! I never understood what you meant until I got older... Thank you for being such a wonderful person and influence in my life and so many others from our tiny little town!

My condolences to your family. You will be sorely missed by many!

RIP Mr. Summers!

Mr. Summers you had a smile that lit up the room. During the 28 years that I lived in Needles you could always depend on kind words and a while whenever you saw Mr. Summers. You will be remembered and missed. God bless the family.

Mr. Summers, there wasn't a day I didnt share a hug or a laugh or carry on a great conversation with this man! He had a way with words & make your day! A doctor I worked for in Fort Mohave he would or what not, he would check him or his wife in & go over to VVMC for his coffee come back & carry on with whatever was going on! This "Little Red" will miss his honest self and everything he stood for! Mr. Summers you will always been a Mustang & a Legend who has done alot for Needles as far as being a Hero & that many ppl that look up to you including myself! RIP honest angel!❤💙💜

I got to know Jimmy when I was working the Restaurants here in town he would come in for Coffee every morning sit in the same place on the counter and I would talk to him every time he came in. I have a great memory of Jimmy I got promoted to Manager and was in still only about 21 years old and I had to wear a nice shirt and tie to work. The problem was I did not know how to Tie a Tie. I went to Jimmy house over by Grace Henderson and asked him to show me how. He did and he would always check on me he taught me about single knots and double knots Ties. I always looked for Jimmy cause we were friends when I was at work we used to laugh a lot. Jimmy was a good man and I will always remember him. My Condolences to his family.
