

In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by an infant sister Carolyn Sue Sifers, and his brother-in-law Fredrick Jason Cullison.
Allen is survived by his wife of 23 years, Yvette Pelletier Sears Sifers of Holiday Island, AR; two daughters, Myra Sue Sifers (Troy) Peoples and Jessica Lee Sifers King of Orlando, FL; one grandson, Devin King; his sister, Glenda Margene Sifers Cullison of Pekin, IN; nieces Cheryl Cullison Nelson, Lynn Cullison (Mickey) Neal; nephew Fred G. Cullison; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. He also leaves behind his beloved companion, his dog Blue.
Allen grew up in Pekin, IN and graduated from Eastern High School in 1966. He was a musician who played in several popular local bands, and later moved to Florida to pursue his music career. He was an Army veteran, and served in Viet Nam. He spent most of his adult life in Florida where he worked in hotel maintenance. Upon his retirement, he and his wife Yvette moved to Holiday Island, Arkansas, where she resides.
Allen will be laid to rest in Olive Branch Cemetery, Pekin, Indiana 47165. Due to Covid restrictions and the difficulty of travel, no services are planned at this time.
