Allison Suzanne Chew

Allison Suzanne Chew, 28, passed away on March 13, 2026, in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Allison was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on January 24, 1998, to Michael Don Chew and Janelle Suzanne (Schuler) Chew of Borden, Indiana. She shared her love and compassion with the world through her work as a nurse and the devoted care she gave to her patients. Allison loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

Allison was preceded in death by her grandfather, Allen Schuler; her grandfather and grandmother, Don Chew and Kay Chew.

Allison is survived by her loving parents; her siblings, Ryan Chew (Kelsi), Brooke Schmelz (Joseph), and Eric Chew; her grandmother, Janet Schuler; her wonderful nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.

A Visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Rosary will be prayed at Saint Mary's of Navilleton on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 11:40 am.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Mary's of Navilleton, 7500 Navilleton Road, Floyds Knobs, Indiana, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Allison will be laid to rest at Saint Mary's of Navilleton Catholic Cemetery, and following the burial, there will be a lunch at the church hall in her honor.
