Alpha M. Herman, 78 years of aged died Friday, April 22, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was retired from the old Kentucky Litho Company in Louisville and was a member of Advent Christian Church in New Albany.
Survivors include her children, Pam King (Gary) of New Albany, Daniel Herman of Borden; grandson, Michael Szukics of New Albany; sisters, Lula Heeke of Clarksville, and Marilyn Skinner of New Albany.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
