Funeral services for Anthony “Tony” Smothers, 38, of New Albany, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany. He died Monday, Aug. 6, 2012.
He was a resident of New Albany, a Catholic, and a supervisor at Fabri-Form Company, Pekin.
Survivors include his fiance, Samantha Singleton; mother and stepfather, Karen and Michael Alexander; children, Zack, Chassidy, and Lindsey; and sisters, Tammy McBride, and Melissa Coyle.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Smothers.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and after 10 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
