Billy was a wonderful grandfather to me and a great grandfather to my children. Even though we weren't blood related even though we didn't share the same last name. He gave and showed love and caring as if he was my own biological family! He is truly missed and will forever be in our hearts!

Mr. Summers was a devoted library patron and always brought us a smile. Condolences from the entire staff of the Jeffersonville Township Public Library and our Friends of the Library Bookstore -  his patronage and humor will be greatly missed.
