Brian ALan Sacksteder

Brian ALan Sacksteder, 27, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The son of Rowena Ann Fluhr and Brian Gene Sacksteder, Brian was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 26, 1990. Brian loved mustangs, the outdoors, and was a very avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alva Fluhr. In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his sons, Hunter Ray Alan Sacksteder and Cooper Sean Gene Sacksteder; siblings, Richard “Ricky” Brandenburg, Shawn Brandenburg (fiancé Jordan Baker), and Christina Heilman (Evan); grandparents, Sally Fluhr and Gene and Marian Sacksteder; niece and nephews, Kennedy Brandenburg and Chase and Zachary Heilman; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 29th and after 9 am Wednesday, May 30th at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Wednesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
